How long will this last?

I give it about 3 days.....max

We will get lonely in here. GDC is full of pricks (when I say full I mean one or 2 people ), but it is well organised and very efficient

I reckon we revive the meet up thread...and we can "discuss" stuff in there

Well, I won't be able to stay on GDC too long without the Marlay thread. So I'll be coming here, even if I'm the only one :)

Well just put it this way , is there nowhere on GDC we can go discuss I mean off topic or something. Like we all met through that forum, and now we are all leaving it coz one whiney bitch ruined it all. It just seems like such a shame you know?

I'm not leaving it.....I just want a place for Irish spam.

Just before I go I just wanna point out that there was a time GDC felt like a "home" to all of us, then Jill and Maddy start excessivly posting and commenting on everyone. Thats what ruined the forum I think

GDC is beyond repair at this point if you ask me

I have to say, I was pretty upset when the thread got closed, we all became such good friends there. All the mods are suggesting using facebook/PM or whatever, but its nowhere near the same as talking in that thread, we were all together, having a laugh with all the in jokes and such. You really can't recreate that anywhere else =

At least then, we had the Marlay thread. It was our place. The place in the forum where people were welcoming, friendly and just awesome. It had a great atmosphere and we all loved it.
And now that's gone.

I'm totally fine with having this forum, but I'm pretty sad that now we may avoid GDC, a lot more. The place we met each other.

Yeah, its after getting ridiculous on GDC, the Marlay thread was the only thread I liked posting in. You'd always get a reply if you needed help with something or asked a question, unlike most of the other tour threads. Like I asked something in the Wembley thread once before the show and it wasnt even noticed. Pfttt.

And now Jill's still carrying on posting stuff on tumblr about Marlay Park ... how pathetic.

I take it back....I think I will just abandon GDC now.

Thing is...even outside the Marlay thread, there is a bit of fun. Some of the general chat stuff, or the off topic section. I don't want to abandon it completely...

Considering that it's one of the biggest Green Day fan forums out there, I'm kinda ashamed that it's turning to crap.

Well I only ever post in the Marlay thread....so I won't miss it at all.

I'll be here a lot more than GDC now. The only people I actually care about on GDC are also in here, and you dont have to abide by some shitty rules set by some mods who have let power get to their heads and think they can talk down to us regular members.
